Our goal is to guide participants like you back into your bodies.
Through opportunities for reflection, guided meditation files, and even an embodied movement playlist, we’re here to stir up energy, spiritual connections, and access to pleasure.
We structured these offerings to last a week, showing that a little intentional time each day can make a big difference! Follow along each day, or engage at your own pace.
